Like “extreme” sports, we bring an urgency, intensity and exhilaration to the practices of self-discovery and the pathway to enlightenment that are distinctly non-ordinary.

Whatever happened to the Middle Path?

*hums*

Somebody’s gonna make a buck
Before th’ night is through
Nobody’s gonna get ‘er done
A’pushin’ for th’ truth….

  1. True Enlightenment in one incarnation, possible if your practice is intense enough. Extreme, I suppose, is just semantics to express exactly the level of practice it takes for Realization in this world today.

Checked it out the other month, nobody made money – but the speaker definitely was spreading the Dharma in an evolved and practical way. People returned and those who left were given their small donations back with a smile….

Its all Enlightenment, and the events was of a high order.

    Cheers!

Those who strive for enlightenment, instead of just practicing, are still grasping.
